Refund Policy

The sale of all items is final and non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in the event of a manufacturing defect or other extenuating circumstances in which case please reach out to support@artifact-industries.com.

 

Exchanges
Purchases may not be exchanged.

 

Shipping
In the event a return can be made, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return your item, if we provide you with a shipping label, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refunds
In the event that a refund is issued, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Up to a 5% fee may be assessed at the time of refund in order to cover transaction fees that cannot be recovered.
