Pre-Order Policy

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?

A key service we are providing our clients is the ability to ship out your purchases within 3 business months plus one business week from the closing date of the Pre-Order period (national/public holidays not included).

The rapid delivery schedule requires extremely well-orchestrated production planning, and a disciplined quantity limit. This is to ensure our clients may enjoy their purchase as soon as possible, while meeting the quality standards we set for ourselves.

HOW DO WE RUN THE PRE-ORDER?

  1. We will open the Pre-Order for a certain period of time, and clients will need to register an account on our website and spec their desired product configuration in our online shop.
  2. Depending on the calculated monthly production capacity of the relevant product, a QTY for the production run will be determined (e. 50 units/month, 150 units in 3 months -- 150 units for Series Run 1).
  3. If the number of Pre-Order entries reaches the Series Run QTY, the Pre-Order will be closed.

RULES FOR THE PRE-ORDER

  1. You must have access to a credit card (VISA/MasterCard/JCB). We cannot accept Pre-Orders with Paypal/Apple Pay/Google Pay.
  2. Orders will be declared at full value, and you will be responsible for any customs and duties you are subjected to.
  3. One entry is allowed per client, and you may only enter once within the entry window.
  4. The information you provide to register an account (on artifact-industries.com) must match to your payment and delivery details, else the order will be cancelled. Given we are rapid delivering your purchase, address changes will only be arranged under compelling circumstances, and of course, only address may be changed (i.e. Payment info and account/recipient etc. are fixed).
  5. The transfer of Pre-Order spots is not allowed. We must make sure all orders are shipped to the customer who purchased. After you receive the items, anything you do is up to you.

HOW LONG UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR PRE-ORDER?

It usually takes 3 business months plus one business week for manufacturing (excluding national/public holidays) if there are no delays, and we will update status in real-time. Except of course, reason due to force majeure.

Different Pre-Order products have different lead time, please refer to the product page for more details.

Please do not mix Pre-Order items with In-Stock items or mix different Pre-Order buys.

CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?

Before the Pre-Order ends, a 5% + 50 cents USD transaction fee will be deducted. One Pre-Order window will be open for a certain period of time, depending on different products. If the Pre-Order has ended, we are unable to cancel the order or make any changes.

WILL THERE BE ANY EXTRAS AFTER THE GROUP BUY?

Extras will only be available after we fulfill all the Pre-Orders.

FORCE MAJEURE

Artifact-Industries shall be neither responsible nor liable to the clients for nonperformance or delay in performance of any terms or conditions of the delivery of products/services due to acts of God, acts of governments, wars, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, fire, flood, or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the nonperforming or delayed Party (Artifact-Industries) and without the negligence of such Party (Artifact-Industries).
